resemble は resemble O の形で「Oに似ている」という意味を表し，前置詞をとりません。

名詞形は resemblance「類似（点）」で，bear a resemblance to ～「～に似ている」，the resemblance between A and B「AとBの類似」のように使います。名詞になると to や between が使える点にも注意しましょう。
よくある誤り
× resemble to ／ with her mother → ○ resemble her mother

「～に似ている」を前置詞つきで表したいときは look like ～ や be similar to ～ を使います。
