Nothing is + 比較級 + than ~ / I have never + 動詞 + 比較級 + 名詞

Nothing is more important than health.

という最上級の意味になります(Nothing is + 比較級 + than ~/I have never + 動詞 + 比較級 + 名詞)。

I have never seen a more beautiful sunset.

No other student in the class is taller than Ken.

I have never seen a more beautiful sunset.

I couldn't be happier. / I couldn't agree more.

I couldn't be happier.

(I couldn't be happier. / I couldn't agree more.)。

I couldn't agree with you more.

Things couldn't be worse.

I couldn't agree more.

no more than ~〜しか(少ない)
not more than ~多くても〜
no less than ~〜も(多い)
not less than ~少なくとも〜
no better than ~〜も同然(よくない)

He is no better than a thief.

She is no less talented than her sister.

no better than a thief
